That new Forest owner is a cracker though - "We want a Premier League manager" - then he appoints someone who has been relegated from the Premier League twice, and nearly did it a third time with Villa last season before he was sacked.

The sad thing is, O'Driscoll was actually doing well with them, 8th in the league, a few points off the play offs. Highest Forest have been for a while.

You know, when it comes to new owners, a lot of people always say 'Be careful what you wish for'. It's a hell of a lot more complicated than just that trite saying, but when you look at the likes of these Forest owners, and the Venkys, and the absolutely piss poor judgements and decisions that they are making..... you do wonder and think, maybe things aren't always so bad for us. They certainly could be a hell of a lot worse, that's for sure.

This fool running Forest will be expecting all kinds of Braziliana style one touch football and a storm up the league. He's guna get 10 behind the ball and a fanbase so disenchanted the ground will be half empty by the end of the season.
