I really liked the look of him when he first broke through at Villa and he's still only 24. I don't think we'll go for him but, if he can get his career back on track, he will be a bargain for someone.

If he's a free and won't cost that much so he might be a nice project. Villa has been a mess with multiple managers, different styles of play etc. Plus getting talented players who had hit a bad patch and turning them into useful starters is what we've always done here.

High hopes for the lad when he initially came onto the scene. Career at Villa stalled , rumours are there are off the field issues. May need to take a step down to re-ignite his career. Maybe one of the relegated sides may take him on.
