If that was me though i don't care how sh*t it would look i'd be there trying to perfect effects, can never just do what i intended to lol.

Alright, how do you 'cut' pictures using Photoshop CS2 anybody?

if you want to do it well (to my knowledge) you use maximum zoom, and do it pixel by pixel.

Sod that, isn't there a magic wand tool that you can use or something. It has been so long since I did it! (like Photoshop 3/4 era)

lol just use the lasso tool and go around it with your mouse then delete the sections.

The magic wand tool is useful if the background contrasts with the foreground. Par example, the AJ banner I did with the Watford celebration, the background was completely black. I just used the magic wand tool to select AJ and hey presto, easy as you like. It's not so great if the background is lighter though.

what software, or freeware is possible for the making of the banners and wallpapers and other effects please. I have loads of images and various other Everton related material that I would love to play with and see what I could come up with. It would be a while before I could compare with you lot but I would love to have a play just for fun and curiosity.
