Is good, better still we have frequently deserved more points so its a very optomistic start for me. Scoring goals, attacking football, just sort the defense a little and we will get back into the 4th race.

We won't keep this up all season. Just look at the fixture list, what month is easy? None.
Well, if we do keep it up and get back to winning ways, it will be very hard!

An average of 20 points per season by this stage, so out ahead of that. We are a tough nut to crack. Not many teams will beat us this season home or away; top four included. And yet it still mightn't be enough to grab a European place, let alone a CL place.

A very good start yes, but the 90 minute levellers against Fulham, Newcastle and Norwich are sickening...absolutely no need.

Really we should be on 30 points now but we not because we have lost 8 points from silly defending being unclinical and refs poor decisions

The points are alright but ive been more impressed with the football we have been playing this season. Some of the best we've played for many years this.

Its a great start really - have we already had our injury crisis (Gibbo, Hibbo, Neville, Mirallas) or is that still to come? part of the reason we seem to have a revival post the winter solstice is that we get our backs against the wall mentality because of injuries (see games with no striker available) which offers some momentum that is then extended by the injured returning to the team now boosted by a coule of good results agains either of the Mancs. that sees us through to the end of the season. Either way we could be optimistic, if it was anyone other than Everton that is.....

We've drawn games we would have lost, and won games we would have drawn in previous seasons. With a fully fit, fully firing squad we are a match for anyone.

If we can take 4 points from the next 2 games then we've a really good chance at a crack at 3rd or 4th
