I would venture the opinion that that change will change the transfer policy and thinking of a few clubs.

Good decision but should be every 4 years like the euros. African players will get next to no break for 3 years with a World Cup between two afcons 2021,2022,2023.

And as it will have the stage to itself in an off summer, much more interest and TV coverage than holding it during the European club season, one would have thought.

FIFA will probably insist upon it.......they have that Federation Cup every four years, the year before the World Cup, and the African representatives will be expected to be there.
