thanks for the advice !! Really looking forward to vegas !!!!!!!
what pool partys/ clubs would you reccomend?

I've only been to Vegas just this past weekend and I enjoyed every club I went to. Nearly all of the hotels on the strip have their own clubs - I stayed at the Luxor which had two (LAX and The Cathouse). I also went to the club called Jet, which is at the Mirage (I'm pretty sure) and it was really good - but the best club in Vegas is called Tryst and it's in the Wynn.

I didn't go to any pool parties. But Vegas is really a nonstop party... and I did lounge in the pool at the Luxor, which is excellent. I'm sure your hotel will have a nice pool too.

The Wynn also has a buffet that's got amazing food. Since you'll in America, you might as well go there and put on some weight :P

boston.com - website for the Boston Globe - things to do section

That'll do for in and around Boston. If you want to get up north to the White Mountains etc, let me know, but don't think you'd have time.

Dont think ill be heading to the white mountains, want to avoid skiing as an injury can ruin the rest of the holiday and the temptation would be too great!!
Is there any parts of NY i should avoid staying in?
Also what part of tampa would be best to stay in that is close to the nightlife lads?
muchos appreciated for all the info and the links btw lads!!

Thanks for all the info there guys, really appreciated.
To give you a bit more information im 21 and travelling in a group of 5 lads. Like getting pissed up and pulling girls in the night (not sure what 'the mons' is exactly but it doesnt sound like your going to have to sell it to me!) so good hotsports aside from the obvious miami ny la ect would be appreciated. Planning to do some camping in the keys and have heard key west is the best for this. Would really like to do some cliff diving out there if anybody knows some good safe spots to do so and snorkelling definately appeals to me!!
Also want to catch a few u.s sports out there so who has the best atmosphere.
Can always count on fellow blues to help you out !! :)

Sorry, late to this party, but right up my alley!

So first off, if possible I'd sneak NY in if you can (NOT july 4th weekend though, everybody leaves city for long island, jersey, upstate, etc.). It's got anything & everything, no matter what you're into. And in the summer when the sun comes out, the hotties waste no time stripping down to sexy revealing attire. And there are SO many hotties in Manhattan.

Tourist spots
-Top of the Rock/Rockefelller Plaza (actually recommend this over top of Empire State Building; better viewing area, all around better experience; not sure where you're from but to see the NY view from that height, 360 degrees, it's overwhelming)
-Museum of Natural History (never gets old for me)
-Statue of Liberty (MUCH better summertime)
-Central Park
-Times Square

Hotspots..where do I begin??!!
-start w/ meatpacking district/lower west village; trendy, can't go wrong
...ok I won't continue on nightlife in nyc, it's truly endless so if you're going & need more details pm me, I grew up in ny I'll hook you up

Now live in Miami/Ft lauderdale area. Actually lived out on west coast for couple months when I first migrated south, went to tampa a few times. Can't comment too much maybe I missed stuff. But for me Miami/South Beach & even Ft. Lauderdale are more my speed. The actual beaches in miami are amazing, clear oceans & ridiculously hot (many of which are latina, but good variety of all flavors) women w/ a propensity to sunbathe topless. Always a plus. I'd defo do at least 1-2 nights in nice hotel on collins. You can wake up hungover, stumble downstairs to pool, walk another couple feet open the gate & you're on the sand w/ ocean right there. Can't go wrong. Mansion's a pretty hot spot at night, but again, more details available upon request!

Also, about 25-30 miles from miami is the very underrated Ft. Lauderdale. A lot of same qualities (beaches, hotels, nightlife, etc.) But some very different flavors & scenes compared to miami. Not better/worse just different. But you won't be disappointed. Also inthis area is Hard Rock hotel/casino/nightclubs. Beautiful paradise pool/waterfalls area, very nice rooms, & at night a whole city of clubs & bars at your disposure. And no taxis/drunk driving (assuming you get room). Throw in some gambling for good measure.

If you're into fishing, renting boat, jet skiing, beautiful clear still waters, & some serenity, the Keys are quality R&R. And there's some fun to be had there too!

Ok, I'll leave the west coast for the other lads. Hope that helps.

Oh, almost forgot. Defo recommend Yankee game (yankee/boston would be ideal). If you make it to NY defo hit up the new stadium it's pretty amazing from what I hear. If Boston, then hit up Fenway Park. They're our rivals but the stadium is a classic, kind of a baseball Goodison actually! Try to get those seats on the green monster!

Cheers buddy!
