Just got this email;

We are a pub on the outskirts of Hull, 10 mins from the ground in car. We invite all away fans on matchday to the pub for a beer before the game, where we put on some food (free), starting the build up to the match in the right way (beer and food) We are called The Springhead, Wolfreton Road, Anlaby, Hull, HU10 6QT...if coach trips drop me an email to let us know of rough numbers for the grub. please post this message or pass it on

cheers john

did he ask if you wurr luckin' fur somewurr to gurr befurr the game, drivers can have curka-curla, before hurpfully seeing lots of gurls.:D
and you can even call back thurr when its all urver.

Not that important but, when my great granddad came over from Denmark/Heliogoland/Holland (or somewhere :unsure:) he settled in Hull. My granddad moved to north London where he married a girl of Welsh extraction (hence my Mediterranean looks*) but his siblings stayed in Hull so I reckon I'd also get a nice bit of hospitality (y)

*Eh?

I'm hopefuly going the game. Dunno if I'll be arsed going to the rondezvous point but I'm sure I'll bump into some Evertonians somewhere
