Does anyone know how I can change my avatar? I've uploaded but it doesn't do anything.

@GrandOldTeam when deciding upon the length of his ban please take into consideration mitigating factors such as:

I) He's Irish
II) He suffers from a self destructive personality
III) Most posters would rather you ban Butters

You forgot he flounces a lot before throwing a hissy fit and storming off though I do agree with lll
