Adding a signature

Do I have to have a certain number of posts or a certain rep value for this feature to be enabled?

Sorry if this is common knowledge, have been looking around and couldn't find an answer.

I think so - told him about upgrading, sigs not being excessive due to server load/annoyance etc. and gave him a list of mods to contact.

I'm such a good mod me.
