The thread title made me think it was someone else who happened to have the same initials, which would have been weird

But no, it's FIFA 12 Everton signee Adam Johnson (He was boss for me on that. Almost boss enough to excuse him being a possible horrible devient)
 

From the BBC report -

"May I remind all concerned that the defendant has a right to a fair trial," he said.

"It is very important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.

"I would also remind people that the complainant in this case is entitled to lifelong anonymity under the law. For these reasons, it would be inappropriate for me to comment further."

Still think it's unfair that Johnson is fingered especially if he goes on to prove his innocence.

Absolutely, anonymity for both parties should always be the case.
