Just need a bit of advice and I thought the good and sensible people of GOT will be able to help. I have heard and felt a pop at the back of my heel and while I'm not in agony, it does feel a little uncomfortable - though this could be psychosomatic.

Has anyone else had this before and if so was it OK or was it just before it fully let go?

Put a poll up so we can see how many were right/wrong.

Apply sawdust, eat cheese on toast and you will be just fine.

I have not heard this word used in anything other than "Breathe" by the Prodigy, I thought it was made up.

Nothing else to add I'm afraid, sorry mate I hope your foot doesn't fall off.

Dr Nigh here, is it swollen and do you feel pain or irritation accordingly? There's like a dozen or 12 bones, muscles, and tendon things in your foot and ankle, so it could be a lot of different stuff. I would take a stiff drink and schedule an appointment with a real doctor if pain or swelling persists.

If you actually heard something pop I would get it checked out mate. They say a popping sound often accompanies ligament injuries, but not sure about tendons.

In work if in doubt we use Duct Tape and Cable ties, i am sure they will fix it for now.

How is it for basic movement? Can you full extend and contract it without pain? If there's pain my amateur doctor certificate says you've a slight tear. No pain and the popping was probably your hymen and you'll be fine.
