All the football seems to be now using stream instead of Sopcast but having trouble getting it to work, it takes ages to buffer to 100% then streams for about 7 seconds then buffers again and repeat, is this to do with my ISP which is BT.

I have the same trouble as well.

Had a little look around and it seems that some people it works fine and it might be due to the high bitrate of the stream coupled with the speed of your internet connection.

Basically the faster your internet speed the higher bitrate stream you can handle. I've managed to get a 700kbps (or around that) work on a 10 meg internet connection but its just an ok picture, any higher than and i've struggled.

Firstrow is a goodun as long as you have Adblock+ installed, otherwise you get spammed by 20 popup windows offering you a russian bride.
