The fact that our first team couldnt beat Cambridge of the conference but our reserves can beat a league two outfit 3-0 just adds to the worries.

Lets hope we show a better performance against PSV on Saturday
 

Pre-season means NOTHING. Reserve players will be giving that bit extra to try & force themselves into the managers reckoning, whereas 1st team players just want to stay free of injury & get a workout.

I do agree with you mate, but its a bit worrying when you look at the results of teams like the RS.
Im just going through my usual pre season worries :D
 
Under Moyes there is definitely a refreshing trait of shining in the face of adversity.

I expect us to hammer Blackburn on the opening day, at least 4 new signings will come in, of which 2 will surprise us pleasantly (Smith comes to mind), & all three of our latest youth prospects will play their part to varying degrees & impress sufficiently.

The bullshit at boardroom level only makes us stronger.
 

the RS, portsmouth and spurs (our supposed close rivals) have been smashin goals in for fun, this time i cant see the "its only pre-season" thing being a valid excuse, i think we are not ready and will do well to finish top 10 this year
