The fact that we have drawn Villa has shades of the Rooney youth cup final when we play them tomorrow. The boys have done superb so fingers crossed they can just go a few steps further and win the national championships. Player development is just as important as winning games at that level and I think there are some very exciting prospects. The youth set up at Everton has always been highly regarded since I've been following the Blues. Think it was Colin Harvey before Neil Dewnship and both have produced some great talents.
