This could really scupper plans for the big world tour in 2015, in what is probably a farewell tour anyway. Malcolm Young is already going to be absent, due to serious dementia problems, and his cousin (yet another Young) will be filling in again for him.

I didn't recognise Rudd at all from the footage of the scruffy, shifty looking herbert in the court dock, he looked like a tramp with a nervous twitch.

Nope. AC/DC issued a statement just now. Album released 1st Dec. Touring next year with Steve/Stewart(?) Young, (Malcolms nephew) on rhythm guitar. No news on replacement drummer. Angus & Brian Johnson interviewed by BBC the other day, and had no idea about this. Or hid it well.

Apparently when they were doing the videos earlier this year Brian said Phil's not there because he's having family issues... Extended family I suppose!

He's been bigging it up over here for a while. Security guards outside his house 24/7, not paying for hookers and getting their pimps beaten up when they come over to ask for the cash etc. Rock n roll lad!
