Seems to be the only spice missing from the perfect stew that is grandoldteam.com.

I see only wins:

- allows buddies to leave positive encouraging comments for fellow buddies
- helps the selfless and under appreciated moderators moderate the forum
- a points system, or perhaps cutting edge green and red squares in your profile tally could alert other posters that perhaps nefarious intent bozos are on the wind up or just very angry nasty.
- helps buddies express their feedback much deeper and better on posts than a few token emojis as “likes”.
- would be a very progressive and popular move engaging the fine people of this forum and show confldence in the leadership here.
