Is probably close to being the correct answer but a quality manager gets the best out of what he is. Some will respond to the challenge and surprise us, I suspect a lot will be out the door over the next few years though.

Its a very good point and exemplifies how tricky transfer targets are going to be. Brands must have close to zero credibility with Ancelloti yet is supposed to be finding players !!

Depends. If someone came to him and proposed spending £1.5M on DCL and 60k on Coleman for the development squads he'd probably not have been against it.
