all in all, a very good night and a good transfer window - how often do we get to say that??!!
i, for one, am a happy lad today after moyes and kenwright delivered on what they promised and the team needed.
i know all is not perfect at the club (an idiot can work that out) but lets enjoy what has been a positive step forwards for the club.
we got rid of 2 big earners who werent up to scratch and replaced them with a much needed striker, 2 loanees who will add plenty and a midfielder who has already paid back his minimal transfer fee with that goal last night!
im sure the gloom will return but just now - things arent as bad as they were (y)

just ace win and im so happy about transferaction. Jelly in with long cont. and peanuts back.
B.K and big boys showed that THEY CAN. acenessss

so happy. im amazed if i see whining and crying after saha for example. lets just enjoy this

Yeah I agree, it felt like being a proper football fan again last night and yesterday.

Just knowing that we were looking at getting players for once instead of knowing we don't look to sign players ect.

Great aquisistion's aswell. If you told me back in august that our team would eventually be strenthened with

A winger - drenthe
Our Donovan on loan again
Gibson coming for next to nothing
FINALY a STRIKER that has cost us money
And pienaar back to make up for arteta

Add to that the emergence of Barkley and a couple of other youngsters this year, well....

I think I'd be quite happy... I certainly am happy this morning!

Problem being is when we next lose a game we will go straight to the negative views all over again, board out, Moyes out, Kenwrights a <insert one of the many names called>.
I read a tweet from Distin last night and he seems to have stayed away from twitter because of how the majority of fans are on twitter regarding the club. He said something like "Im not used coming on here and the fans are in a good mood lol"
Lets just hope our new striker keeps the negativity away.

what i cant understand is the fact that some are always negative. it just does me head in, kinda... but thats their problem.

Some will be negative no matter what, you even see a lot of fans being negative when we win, gets boring after a while.
This should shut the annoying blue union up anyway.

Just finished my full English and cuppa. Gotta say that it tastes a hell of a lot better after last nights events!
