A big GOT meet!

Seen as this is my 4,000th post i thought i'd try and do something special! I feel its time we arranged a big grandoldteam meet up (and see if Danny will do some tshirts that we can have our usernames put on, for a fee of course). Instead of meeting at a game i feel it would be better to either hire somewhere or at least arrange to meet in a location suitable for many people. I feel it should avoid a matchday as i'm sure i'm not the only one who has time restrictions due to transport. Maybe if we booked/arranged one for sometime in the summer that suits the majority and we can make a day/weekend of it or something. So what does everyone think? Or should i bury this idea now?
 

Thats a good idea too! Something that veers away from matchday and the time restrictions of it. I'd have many digs at you and might even bring my own banners ;)
 
First of all, congrats with your 4000th post.(y)

I would like to be part of that giant GOT meet up, but I'd prefer it to be done during a weekend when Everton play at home. Preferably during my summer holidays. The last two weeks of August, or possible the first week of September.
 

From June 12th-late September I'm on my summer holidays with precisely bugger all planned as yet. So summer's good for me. An end of season legends night sounds awesome too though.

I can't really do matchdays because of the travel, and definitely can't do term times because the train takes 7 hours.
 
can we go somewhere with free wifi, so that we need not see each other to communicate ?


maybe during the close season there will be some facilities available on Goodison Rd. ? they may even let us pitch tents
