Twice. Once a mate had too much Buckfast and fell asleep in his own piss outside and once when about 20 chavs were drinking in my garden about 3 in the morning.

Ever called the emergency services?

Twice for me. Ambulance when Mrs R passed out at my parents place. Thought she had a heart attack. I gave her mouth to mouth, but turned out she had a reaction to strawberries.

Other time was fire brigade. Me & Mrs R got locked in the bathroom, and we had to yell for my youngest lad to wake up to call them. He is autistic, so was a bit of a challenge!

Called out the bomb squad a few times at work. The things people try to ship by air !

Saw a vauxhall cavalier get t-boned when I was a young teen. Was stood about 15 feet from a phone box so called for an ambulance.

Ambulance once for the mrs. She was feeling unwell but managed to drop me and a mate off in town for a night out. Got home pissed and she had a temperature and a bit feverish. Being a bit drunk I told her just to sleep it off and see how she felt in the morning (obviously I was very concerned about getting my own sleep). She woke me up an hour or so later in a lot of pain - (her, not me) so I called the ambulance. Turned out she had a rather nasty virus in her bloodstream which was going toxic and I got a bollocking from the paramedic for not calling them sooner, reckon she could have been in a lot of trouble if I waited any longer.
