All 3 sacked, but Warburton & David Weir remain a lame duck management team in place until the end of the season. Will be shocked if they make the play offs now.

One of the most ridiculous things an owner of a football club has ever done:

Warburton got them promoted from League 1, then made them a force in the Championship this year.

Embarrassing decision. Hope all 3 get snapped up by another club. Could definitely see the likes of Millwall coming after them.

A strange one, but it seemed strange when Southampton got shut of Nigel Adkins and that didn't turn out too badly.

It's a ridiculous decision as the club have been doing really well under their leadership.

In the chairman's defence though he seems to have a vision of what he wants from Brentford from top to bottom. He is looking to bring through lots of young players, also getting good loans in. I suppose he has to trust his gut reaction as to what he would like. I suspect they will do well next season, just as they did well under Uwe Rosler before that. It's interesting what they are doing their and they should be applauded.

Would be even weirder if they do make the playoffs and promotion (under the old management who are staying til the end of the season.).

Laughing at the big deal made about Weir's credentials when the Everton job came up after the ginger Judas got off. All the big build up about how he'd been around Europe studying different systems and styles and was ready to step up.

A year later he's out of two jobs, the last one as an assistant to a stockbroker who bluffed his way into managing a football club.

I always thought that Frank McParland got the shitty end of the stick at the RS...one minute he was being lauded and cherished by them for his revamping of their Academy under Benitez and his work in sourcing and developing their talent (I think Stirlings one of his), the next minute he was out on his arse under Rodgers. That's football I suppose though.

Yes I know he was. It was McParland who brought him to the clubs attention.

Revealed: How Liverpool signed Raheem Sterling
Daily Mirror 13 Sept 2014

...........Benitez recalled: “Our then academy boss Frank McParland came up to me one day and said, ‘I’ve seen this player – we’ve been following him for a while and I think he’s got something.’

“So we invited Raheem to Melwood and had a meeting with him and his mother.......
