Would 777 pass the suitable owners test if the PL thought they were intending, or likely to sell the BMD stadium with the probability
that it would be leased back to the club? Surely not.

The same way we put enough pressure on the club to remove the existing boardroom at the time and how we've put major pressure on the PL in relation to the 10 point deduction.

We have multiple fan "protest" groups who have taken action / rallied troops over the past 18-24 months yet not one had organised any form of opposition to a group who are clearly bad news even when they were due to attend a match at Goodison.

They have blood on their hands when we do a Coventry.
Hi mate, what action have you taken to rally the troops over the 777 takeover?

I’d say by your own absurd standards, you’ve got blood on your hands, too. And all over that armchair.

So it turns out 777 will miss the 1st deadline set in Moshiri`s statement, it will not be completed in the 4th quarter of 2023.

I assume there must be issues as a previous poster correctly pointed out that we are nearly 15 weeks in to a process that should last 6-8 weeks... I`m surprised there has been no leaks around this, there is always leaks from the Premier League.

Who is it that owns that site, [Publication is blacklisted], what a load of trash. They just bombard with rewrites of the same old story over and over again. They seem to be on a mission to drive every evertonian out there to depression. Stop reading their articles Dave.

This situation really, really needs sorting out now. All the cloak-and-dagger stuff isn't helping.
Would be nice to hear from them even to say the deadline has been pushed back, we dont need full details but need something like what the dof has said. That jan will be hard ao dont expect much just need the club to talk more

Good start for 777, they have missed the 1st deadline they gave us.
They didnt give us the deadline, the statement is a club statement.

Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of 2023 and remains subject to regulatory approval, including from the Premier League, the Football Association, and the Financial Conduct Authority.

Out of respect for this process, 777 Partners will not be providing any further comment during this period of regulatory review.

That also explains why they arent commenting.

Yeah, but Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo anyway.

It’s because they’re skint / involved in the drug trade / want to sell BMD…….

Absolutely nothing to do with the previously well demonstrated incompetence of the EPL.
