So all I get from that is Moshiri isn’t even in the country where his biggest asset is dying a death every day.

Can’t say anything until next Friday. Why even extend if unsolicited approaches have been made. Should have swerved them at the first opportunity.

MONEY

Pretty pointless meeting then. Can never believe anything that guy says anyway, he’ll say whatever’s required to keep people off his back.

When you get the chance to grill the owner the FAB should have used the time to ask the questions that 1) can be answered and 2) need answering. These meetings go in a blink of an eye, a few minutes waffling by all and half the alloted time goes.

It's obvious anything 777 would be off limits. A nicely worded document of the fans feelings that could be passed on after the call would have sufficed on that front.

I hope the questions asked would involve, without the takeover will the owner inject the funds to finish the stadium and keep us solvent? Will a new board be appointed to provide leadership, as we already know the new owner checks can last 6 to 12 months? What efforts have been made to try and refinance the debt since the sale of the premium seating and with the stadium nearly complete? Same with naming rights?

If we are waiting for a sale that might never happen then we are wasting valuable time and money.
