To be honest mate I'm only on the wind up. It's a medical condition and pretty terminal it seems, so you may not have to cope for much longer.

I actually used to follow Gridiron back in the late 80s when it was on Channel 4. LA Rams fan I was, Eric Dickerson woo hoo!!!

But then for me when I got older and realised that the fan is about as important as the quality of the sauce in the hot dogs they sell.

All this franchising and moving teams around, puts our little mini-spat about Everton going to Kirkby in perspective.

Right, so if I now want to follow my team I need to get a flight and a coach, and then probably some weird train? **** that.

Imagine if Everton became Aberdeen Toffees. There would be a conflict to end all conflicts.

Any sport that completely discounts the fans is not a sport in my eyes, its purely to make money for the fat cat owners, at least footy still has it's roots in the people.
