my mate getting his delivered today and was just wondering if any of you lot have experienced them yet?

it says it up scales from 2d to 3d ok its not gonna be the best 3d when up scaled but is it still good? i hope it is cuz cod mod 2 will be great!


gonna help him set it up later and see what the ps3 is like through it as its supposed to be 3d now aswell! think im more excited then him!

Saw a Panasonic 3Dtv in a mini cinema at an exhibition at the NEC.

It blew my mind....

The panasonic one I watched tried to show depth as well as the obvious pop out style 3D.

But more importantly its like you can see round an object. Was watching a juggler doing tricks and you almost see to the side of him.

Bizzarrly superb!!!

Yeah they're really good. Went and bought a new plasma a few weeks back and saw one there.. Put the goggles on to see it (even though I couldnt afford it) and it looks much better. Takes a while to get used to but after that it's fine

to be honest mate i think hes got it for the gameing aspect realy!

i think 3d gameing will be massive over the next few years with some great 3d games comming out! i.e killzone 3 looks very good and thats out before crimbo!

However, Sky Sports News - ******* advert every 10 mins, and then they have this stupid advert talking about the big positive news that they are now going from free view to part of subscription. How is that positive news for the punters? Weapons.

From what I understand there isn't that many 3D stuff to watch yet. Only like 3 or 4 movies on Blu Ray and maybe some sports telecasts which we can't get here anyway. Remember to get the proper HDMI cables or the 3D wont work at all.

Its crap mate. They pour all the money into the technology and forget about the actual content.

Think of it like a pop up book. Has the wow factor but it's not classic literature.
