3d tv help.

Just bought my Mam and Dad a 3d tv. I am pretty hopeless at this sort of thing TBH. Can I simply download a 3d movie ,put it on a memory stick,plug the usb into the tv and it will play ? Any help would be fantastic.They are staying in tonight, so would love to be going out with the pair of them sat there in their 3d glasses.

The picture should be split in two, you'll probably have a 3D button on the TV to merge them together, thus giving the 3D effect.

you'll have a 3 d button.

USB sticks are a bit dodgy, I don't think the TV I've got can process it that well. I've had better results playing via a PS4 or Blue ray.
