I first came across Stereo Lithography at liverpool University, I went for an interview at a place that did Rapid Prototyping, I got the job but the funding fell through for a lot of work they did for the Museum making exact replicas of stuff, so I never got to start.

These days anyone can design something and order a full 3d 'model' of it online, the plastic is fine for some things so you are actually designing something yourself and having it made, cant help wondering if it is strong enough for a bike frame ?
This is done with Laser Sintering.

MoDz I would like to highlight Tommy's consistant bullying. It is making me uncomfortable and I believe it to conflict with forum regulations.
