OK, never really bought into this 3D malarkey, but I went to watch Harry Potter at the iMax in town and I've got to say it blew me away.

The film itself was a bit cack but the experience is top drawer. I actually ducked twice and waved a piece of burning paper away from my face!

It's deffo something that is a "cinema only" thing and having a home entertainment system in 3D would be excessive to say the least, but I actually loved the 3D at the pictures.

i dont see what the fuzz is about, 3D didnt make my movie experiences even a bit better, actually it is BS all those glasses n` shid

If you like IMAX then you have to see this one - its in German with English subtitles - and its completely boss...you will be on the edge of your seat the whole time

Nordwand - The true story of German climbers Andreas Hinterstoisser and Toni Kurz, who attempted to be the first climbers to conquer the North Face of the Eiger! The cinematography is as awesome as their story. In 3D it's simply spectacular

3D is a fad, ppl will get bored of the "ooh its going to hit me in the face" element and it detracts from the film ... Imagine watching Usual suspects in 3D, no thanks

Harry Potter you say, glad you came came out amongst friends.

I've seen a few 3D films at the cinema now, the last being Transformers 3.

It looks good at first but after a little while I start to forget it is 3D, it's barely noticeable.

This was at the Vue cinema though and I do expect the experience at the iMax would be better.

At Vue cinemas though I would say the extra £2 or £3 for 3D is wasted.

Surely it was made for this
