Some mental people out there. Was out for a ride yesterday and the lane I was riding down had been blocked off around the corner because someone had fly tipped all sorts in the road (I found this out later).

White van comes steaming down the hill towards me, half the barrier stuck under his 'undercarriage'. He didn't brake or slow down or anything. Had to jump into the hedge to stop him wiping me out.

Got round the corner and there were another half dozen cyclists and he'd done exactly the same to them as well. He must have gone straight through the barrier closing off the road and wasn't going to stop for anyone.

Scary thing is, I'd passed a young lass on a horse a minute or so before I encountered him. Hope to goodness they didn't have a coming together.

may be im a sick twisted individual without knowing it, but I didnt think watching this was gruesome.

edit: just to clarify, I think its horrible that people are getting driven over.
