Personally a twist on the 343 with a 3412 - Ross in the hole and 2 strikers...Yes 2....We then have options short and long, We have one of the best headers in the league and I cant remember ever him flicking on a header for someone to run on behind him like Sharpy used to do for Cottee, Clarke, Heath, Lineker etc etc. The obvious problem being Kone or Niasse as that second striker!
