mate your kiddin yourself.

well done to the BU keep up the good work

My words precisely.

I 100% support BU and went to the first protest. I could not make today's as had work commitments. I would imagine there are many more like myself.

Also just because there were 250 there doesn't mean they are the only fans against the board.

1 million people went to the anti iraq war protest in 2003 yet the population of the uk is 62 million. On your logic only 2 % of the population were against the war.

And I agree with the sentiment. But protests are about numbers. The symbolism in part is in the numbers. Each protest by their logic must be higher than the previous protest to show forward movement. This protest failed in that basic requirement, and I expect the next one, if they bother to have one, will have even fewer people. True it might not mean that BU support has vaporised, but it should mean that they seriously need to review their tactics.

The protest was billed as "the" protest to get rid of the board. I seriously can't see the EFC Board falling on their swords on Monday, can you? My serious point is that the BU have not tried to build a strong broad front movement - they've simply assumed that they represent the fans and publicly, they've fallen on their face.

Do one will you. I'm not a BU supporter and think the way they are run (e.g. taping meetings) is poor but they're not a joke. As long as it doesn't harm anyone what's wrong with showing your beliefs? And 250 is a decent number...

Like you Nubile Blue, I like to see both sides of an argument, the grey areas, and see if agreement can be reached. But for me it's gone beyond that. The only real conclusion is the board needs either removing or assassinating.

Hey, NEVER tell anyone to do one, especially me. I don't always take prisoners. I understand your views, but with due respect, it is a debate and I'm acticulating a particular point of view. I'm not asking you to accept it.

And I welcome your liberal views on the future of the board.
