Tonight marks the start of the 2025/2026 FA Cup, with the first handful of Extra Preliminary round fixtures being played.
Thought it would be good to have a specific thread similar to last season, where people can post about their local matches.
As we do every season, me and my lad will be doing a tour of the local grounds / teams trying to catch as much non-league FA Cup footy as we can, supporting the local set-ups.
First fixture is tomorrow at level 9 Kirkley & Pakefield (my lads' previous youth team), as they take on level 8 Cambridge City, who are managed by 49 year old player-manager, ex-Premier League striker, Jamie Cureton.

Another fixture we'll be keeping an eye on is my old home town of Gorleston (level 8) versus level 9 Hadleigh Town. Especially interesting for us as my best mate's son, 16 year old goal-keeper Alfie Leggett, has been named in Gorleston's squad.
