I seriously doubted that Barry would be a contributor to the side at the beginning of the season. Thought his legs were gone and he was past his prime. Boy oh boy am I glad to be the wrongest chump in the land.
To be honest, that would probably be my confession too. When it was announced, I was like 'Gareth ****ing Barry...you must be joking'. Wow was I wrong. Pure class.
