Under the current rights packages it is not possible to broadcast live in the UK a PL game kicking off at 3pm on a Saturday, hence the option not being available as an answer to the question.
Yeah I understand that, but the survey seemed aware that the status quo is being circumvented en masse, so given the changing landscape it may have been worth asking. I should have made it clear in the original post.

saturday night game, instead of this 5.30pm rubbish would be great idea imo. there are too many TV games though, nobody's interested in saturday 3pm because there's only 4 (majorly dull games on). Always like night games, so mon 8pm would be my choice, they just choose terrible matches most of the time thesedays.

I'd tend to agree over Saturday night games, might be that the FA and broadcasters think their demographic will be out on the lash on a Saturday night, but I'm not sure that's the case so much anymore.

Saturday night games should be played only on the provision that there's not much distance between the two teams. Same for all domestic night games imo.

it's a no brainer. same for early morning games if there has to be them. does my utter nut in when you have an early kick off between sunderland and soton, yet the late kick off will be a lancashire derby or something stupid.

7.30pm (UK time ) kick off. Thus, in NZ it's on at either 6.30am,7.30am or 8.30am (depending on relative daylight saving considerations).

I really don't understand how there can be too much football on TV?

If you think there is then you can't be that much of a football fan.
