This years FA Cup Final will kick off this year at 5.15pm on Sat 5th May as there are Premiership matches the same day. What has happened to the wonderful end of the season spectacle.

dont worry bally we wont be there ,but your spot on the fa cup is not the same anymore terrible shame,

Ridiculous having prem games on the same day , cup final day should solely be there to showcase the 2 sides who have reached the final .

The f.a. cup seems to be losing its sense of tradition and it seems the f.a. are the main reasons for this happening , crazy .

How can you have prem games on the same day of the cup final? Who makes these decisions? Who sat down and thought that that would be OK? Belters the lot of them.

All this tv coverage has gone too far and is designtaed totally to the armchair fan.
The people (fans) that matter are the ones who are inconvenienced by all these ridiculous changes re League games.
Sky dictate football without giving a toss that people are booking transport, accomodation in advance then not being able to get a refund on their bookings when the fixture has been given another tv slot.
It's about time a governing body took our gripes into consideratiion and bring the game we fell in love with back to the way it was and fill stadiums to their capacity.
Will sky be showing games in ten years time to stadiums virtually empty?

Probably - and they'll use graphics and sound effects to make the stadium look / sound full on the broadcast.

On the bright side, that means we don't need the cash to replace / upgrade Goodison...
