4 years sounds like a judge who's trying to make a name for themselves.

However, I'd like to know the context of what this bloke posted on Facebook. At best, he's a major prat. At worst, he really was trying to encourage people to riot.

I agree context is important, he might deserve 4 years or as you say, the sentance could've been political/judge ego
