12 year old boy shot in ...?????

They were told in the 911 call that the gun was "probably fake", twice. Then identify who the person is: a 12 year old. Okay so it's very much likely that it's a toy gun. Where is he? A playground, okay, it's what? 99% likely that it's a toy gun.

Very reminiscent of that bloke who was on the phone and shot dead while carrying a air gun FROM THE STORE HE WAS IN

I know what you're saying and ive read the facts. Its tragic.

But I was replying to your post where you said ' he is 12 years old '. I was pointing out that 12 year olds here in the states carry weapons. Its not uncommon. im not defending the actions of the police department.

It may happen more frequently than anywhere else in the western world but that doesn't mean it's not uncommon.

Not getting into the taser debate, but this amuses me from that article:

It is very rare, but in most cities, there are certainly elements that do. Or at least have access to them. As poor Rhys found out.
