Ive never seen any plans for any of those spaces, but again, even if it was cheaper to not do it, again, it doesnt change the huge amounts of space just sitting there wasted, seemingly as part of the design.

I'm sure it has, but it doesn't make the space any less of a waste. Maybe they will be extensions down the line if demand is good enough.

If i was a conspiratorial type, I'd maybe think the delay from league had something to do with deeper investigations into trying to figure out if the source of funding for this financial asset group had any input from Russia, particularly anyone called Usmanov or Ismailov. But that's just me.

Yes, the north end is a considerable space as well, i was hoping that might at least be concourse, but by the lack of exits to the stands it seems not. The view from there isnt the best, but would make a good space for a gallery or something like you say. The south end though is just baffling...
