Can't speak for anyone else but from what I have experienced over the last 14 years is that staff are consistently undervalued and overworked with paperwork. This coupled with the odd meagre Laurier of around one percent every few years just lead to an unhappy working environment that good...

Understand that, work in a school that has refused to become an academy but is starting to be run like one. These cuts are hurting and simply put staff are not being replaced but compensated with larger class sizes and more contact time. Obviously this will lead to more leaving.

Enjoy being in the classroom teaching the kids but the other side of the job just simply destroys the soul. Seen so many leave the profession these last few years, wonder what it will all look like in ten years time.

Top draw IMO, up there with the first season for me.

Thought the whole show of 199 was top draw including the prelims. A very enjoyable afternoon watching every fight although that back elbow was brutal.

Saw Warcraft and was disappointed with it, nothing original and easy to tell what was going to happen next.

Watched the last season of banshee, was ok but not a patch on the first. Billions was enjoyable and looking forward to the next season. But nothing is as good as Gomorrah at the moment.

Currently on a bad cinema run. Hail caesar, 10 cloverfield lane & batman vs superman all disappointed although 10cl had me hooked til the aliens. Hope this run ends soon.

Just started watching the second series of matrioshki. Content is strong but it's well shot and the storylines are brutally realistic. Well worth a look if you haven't seen it.
