Afternoon all. Can anyone please tell me why, when it was anything but crystal clear, did the linesman flag for offside against DCL when he was just about to put McNeil through 1 on 1 with the keeper early in the game? Match Thread Everton v Luton Town - Waffle, Match Report and MotM Poll
The lino gave offside against DCL when there was only inches in it and isn’t clear that he was defo off. McNeil was in on goal. Why did the ref stop and not play on to then check with VAR?? We’d be 1-0 up.- Philo77
