Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Wasn't mean to be patronizing. We're getting 18% interest on our loans. This is an investment. You are way too emotional about this. If someone pays you 18% on your loans, you keep the loans alive until a better deal comes along.

    What was patronising?

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

They clear out Moshiri for 20 million more and he agrees to sell his remaining shares over a set time period. If you are familiar with businesses, the more hands in the till, the less the attractive the investment is

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

The Club runs at a net loss every year. The Club itself is worth nothing. The Stadium will be worth more than most other soccer clubs

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

I don't know those specific terms. Only MSP and Moshiri do. But if you want to doubt my information because I don't know the terms associated with Moshiri's earnout, be my guest

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Read the posts. 20 Million in cash to Moshiri. 20 Million to RMF to pay down debt. Moshiri can earnout more cash if the investment performs over 10 years. He could also earn nothing.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Yeap. And then we learned that Moshiri can't sell without RMF signing off on a deal.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Any guess work has been stated as such. I've been very careful since my first post to not add any guess work. When I have, I have made it clear it was my assumption based on the facts shared with us.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

At the risk of pissing you all off, the Club isn't worth anything. Look at the 40 million paid to Moshiri and RMF as a sweetener.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

    RMF, ACAP are loan sharks.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

    Sorry. Been nothing to share.

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

The loan sharks are probably removed from the club by late 2026. RMF's hold over the Club greatly reduced if all goes according to the investment deck lol

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

Timeline would be...ACAP needs to agree to convert debt to equity (sounds like a go there), then MSP can move forward with PL approval. They would satisfy the PL rules ONLY if ACAP agrees with a majority of their debt being converted to equity. RMF recoups 20 million at time of takeover...

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

They are the primary lender to 777

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

65/35 rule. It appears you already know the Club's finances so you would already know this.
  19. B

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

The stadium alone will be valued at 700 million. Debt outstanding to the three major lenders right now stands at around 465 million from what we have been told

Who's your money on in the takeover 'battle'?

the PL can't sign off on the deal unless ACAP turns debt into equity. Everton currently fail the PL's debt to equity ratio rules.
