We have the same problem against Luton like.
  2. Hinchcliffe's Corner

Have the blues ever brought you to tears?

That more more exciting than anger because I had accepted we were down at half time. For DCL to bury that just sent me mad dancing around the house, but no tears.

  4. Hinchcliffe's Corner

Have the blues ever brought you to tears?

Doucoure belting in that volley last game of last season. Tears of anger. This is what we had become? And it's not any better.

I would like nothing more than for you to be right. I am worried at the moment.

He's got the 3rd best manager in Evertons history coaching him so there should be no issues with this happening.

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

Not in a football sense but I'd say financially he has. I don't believe that money motivates Dyche however, just doesn't seem the sort. I still don't see any club above us who would take him as their manager.

If anything all 4 of those players careers have stalled since Xmas, or even gone backwards in 3 out of 4 cases.

You think he's getting paid better somewhere else? This is the best , highest paying job he will ever get in his life.

While I agree, what I'm saying is that we may not bother to be looking at all. We are skint. Proper hanging on month to month skint.
  14. Hinchcliffe's Corner

Would it get worse without Dyche?

I think in a strange kind of way, the points deduction keeps him in the job, because people associate relegation battling with him, and think our best chance of staying up is with him as manager. If we were sitting midtable, we would then start demanding more and we all know he's not the manager...

Might be who we end up with after Onana is sold. That's the level of player I think Dyche will be getting this summer unfortunately.

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

Don't think I'm defending Dyche here for one minute, but I imagine his choices for signings this summer will be very, very, limited. I would be surprised if we were even able to afford anyone to improve the team.
  17. Hinchcliffe's Corner

    2023/24 Amadou Onana

I'd give up my unborn children to have him up front for us though!

It's Ireland, they're plop, they probably still ring up Roy Keane and ask him if he wants a game Saturdays.
