    Media relishing Everton’s demise

Agreed! I didn't say you personally said anything at all. Well not prior to "constant delusion" anyway. But you do have fans that say exactly what I described above. As do we unfortunately. As you said it is just rivalry really and each to their own. Personally I wanna see Spurs go down but...

Apologies, pissd up rant but basically true, not sure how I screwed up the I didnt say Sunderland ever did anything to me. I merely point out that some Geordies see you as the Mackems of Merseyside. I didn't say I agreed with it. I do enjoy the statement "Anyway I have a good few geordie...

    Media relishing Everton’s demise

I feel the need to respond to that. I am a Geordie that grew up on the Wirral back in the days when you and the reds won everything and I agree Everton have been far more successful than us. I recall the worst day of my life as a child. I was in primary school and my best mate at I feel the...

Here is a question for you all...would you really accept the type of "football" that Big Sam plays over any significant period of time?

    2021/22 Frank Lampard

I agree with that, also not convinced you would be favourite to come back should you go down. That would depend on many unknowns...eg what the squad looks like next year? Will FL still be there? Personally I think if you do go down he won't need sacking he will probably resign to try to save...

I wont know as much as you guys and gals about who was linked with the job, so I am not sure about "tons" of them. Most of the ones I recall seemed no better than Lamps. Potter seemed like a rational choice, but I have no idea if he would have accepted the job. My second choice in your shoes...

And he got the job 'cos he name is Frank Lampard, there is no other valid reason to give him the job. Realistically he has none of the attributes or experience required.

Call the box office and mention the "Sale of Goods Act" and the "Trade Description Act"!!!

I agree, IF you do go down the Championship it can be a fun novelty. You get to visit new places and everything is cheaper. But it is only really fun if you win pretty much every week and only spend a year there, otherwise I'd imagine the novelty wears off!

Interesting point of view. Personally I put everything good that happened since that day down to Eddie Howe.

It won't destroy Everton and you aint down yet, although today was not a good day (nor for me I lost a fiver to an RS "mate") The issue Everton do obviously have is the finances and what kind of team you will actually have if you find yourselves in the Championship. Newcastle were kinda...

    Media relishing Everton’s demise

Well non of the actual board members or PIF representatives at NUFC have chopped anyone up as far as I am aware. But in case you're right you wouldn't happen to have Richard Keys address would you?

I don't recall that Clattenburg quote specifically, when he said that, or why, or the the wider context of that quote so I shall not pick corrupt or inept thanks.

I might add that I have never heard of that one before. That ain't a county up here, maybe in America or Australia perhaps ?

You can refer to my other reply re "NUFC breaking the top 6" As for "Voldemort" sure, I will give you that one.

    Media relishing Everton’s demise

In all honesty "I'd love it :)" but given I am 45 years old and only seen us win the Championship a couple of times and an "intertoto cup" I won't be holding my breath. Doesn't stop me loving NUFC though - thick or thin.

    Media relishing Everton’s demise

Bad decisions have always occurred (pre and post VAR) it is nothing new, I recall NUFC going over a season with no penalty awarded to us (despite a couple being quite clear) fortunately that wasn't one of our relegation years. You asked for my opinion though so here it is: We can all review...

I am having a lovely evening watching the Snooker thanks, I hope you are enjoying the evening too. Obviously I am hopeful that NUFC get a result tomorrow (unlikely but possible) which I think most of you would appreciate ;-) BTW: I have seen several people predict the results of teams in "the...

    Media relishing Everton’s demise

Ffs, the conspiracies here never end. So your dodgy owners spent a ton of money badly and this is is where you are. It happens to all kinds of teams. All this talk of it being a corrupt system is frankly just sour grapes from some fans who can't seem to deal with the POSSIBILITY of relegation...
