Not sure what you had in England, but it certainly helped my sanity to have Leon Osman as a commentator on NBC. These were some dark times for about an hour, so it helped to have a bit of solidarity.

I gotta say he's been one of my most maligned players ever, a few ups but so many downs. But when it became time to stand up and be counted, he was the first one there, organizing the D, calling out teammates, and scoring that lovely goal. One that will go in Goodison history. Burnley get something from Wolves on Sunday, we lose to RS, then pin all our hopes to Palace beating Leeds on Monday. Then repeat the entire process the next week. Gonna be tough.

He's going to have to put in some big shifts for us. He's certainly an upgrade in the midfield. Downside is he is slow and not that physical. If he is the forward most player in a midfield 3, he'll thrive. If he plays deeper, his best skills are not utilized and he won't be much of a difference...
