I don't think money is tight at all. Lerner has basically said the funds are available, but it's down to MON to spend it. I think this means Young is off after the WC though. Unless MON actually realise 4-5-1 is more effective then 4-4-2.

Wouldn't be suprised if Moyes and MON made a gentlemans agreement on Naughton and Delph. It's not likely, but they are both two men who could very well suggest and accept such a deal.
