Meds update: I'm tapering off my Venlafaxine to 75mg for 2 weeks, then doing a sort of handover where I take both Venlafaxine and Sertraline for a week, then just Sertraline. I'm dreading it but Venlafaxine is an arsehole of a drug and I just want to be off it.
