    New Everton Stadium Discussion

I've driven past BMD three times in the last few days and can't help but smile when I see all the activity. I'm beginning to believe it really is happening and as much (like all of us) I'll miss Goodison Park when we finally leave I am excited by the prospect of seeing our future being built...

Match Thread Everton v Aston Villa - Preview, Match Report & MotM Poll

I would welcome a clean sheet for a change which guarantee a point and better still, if we can't do that, score one more than the opposition for once. COYB!

Homepage Article Rafael Benitez Appointed Everton Manager

I'm out! I'll be back when he's gone. A sad day after a lifetime of devotion to this club. Absolute shambles.

    New Everton Manager

That’s not Rava’s house in the picture. I run past his house frequently and know what his house is like. He lives just yards from Marcel Brands! Don’t want him at Everton but that’s just wrong. We’re not the Sopranos.

    New Everton Stadium Discussion

People come the city of Liverpool because of what it has to offer visitors of every type. To see the architecture, Albert Dock, shops, weekend on the lash. It’s a great mix of attractions and losing a label isn’t really going to the stop the flow of tourists coming here. I’d rather the city had...

Would you be in favour of Benitez being our next manager

No. I’d pack in following them until he was not longer there. I’ve been supporting the Blues since 1966 so it’s a big call but... no. I’ve just got to find a way of carrying out this threat. Any suggestions?

    New Everton Manager

Have to say I'm underwhelmed if this turns out to be true. Another roll of the dice appointment. That said i'll back him if/when it happens and hope for the best. Can't see him taking us forward though and stability seems to be the extent of our ambition.

    New Everton Manager

Does anyone think the the Board consider what the supporters would think about bringing back say Martinez or Moyes? Surely they must appreciate such an appointment would be seen largely by the Goodson faithful as a backward step and therefore negative? I wouldn’t bring back either.

    2020/21 Carlo Ancelotti

I think the man was ill equipped to deal with the task at hand which was (still is) to improve the club on the ptch and results that go with it. His short term fix was to bring in Allan and Hamez which to a degree worked but neither could stay fit. Over the 18 month tenure he clearly got to...

    2020/21 Carlo Ancelotti

I feel personally let down by Ancelotti who came into our club, gave us genuine hope (or at least more than the previous four managers) and yet over the last 18 months has achieved not much more than any of the others. He clearly didn’t take much encouragement to bail out and despite his obvious...

    2020/21 James Rodriguez

A letter to excuse himself from playing? Basil Fawlty handing the American a letter that 'explains everything' when he can't knock together a Waldorf salad only Hamez's is about why he can'r stay fit!

    Everton Summer transfers 2021

It would help the deadwood situation if we stopped bringing it in in the first place. I know with everyone we bring in there is always a level of expectancy but it does beggar belief that we continually bring in what quickly turn out to be poor quality signings. We do seem to make more bad...

    2020/21 James Rodriguez

Fully appreciate his obvious quality but don’t agree with how much we indulge him. Probably my age but I think we are too soft and kow-tow to him too much. I prefer 100% commitment than part time quality. I will however be eternally grateful for his through ball in the derby but not enough of...

Match Thread Man City v Everton 23 May 2021 - Preview, Match Report and MotM Poll

I saw Marcel Brands out running about midday so he obviously wasn’t attending today. Perhaps he expected what we all expected. Says a lot about where we are at but having said that he wouldn’t have learnt anything he didn’t already know if he did go.

Exposed for what we are. Bang average. Mid table non-entities. Most of these players show even less shame than your average Kopite.

Match Thread Everton v Wolves - Preview, Match Report and MotM Poll

I expect nothing and therefore my expectations will be met! As predictable as any other home game this season and we all know what is coming. 0 - 0 and nothig happens. We all boo and rage on GOT and they all trail off to City at the weekend to have a look at the Premiership trophy as that's as...

    The season fizzling out...

Rob17896 - Everton is like the tide coming in and going out each season. Inevitably they just wear down even the hardest of rocks until they are just sand. I'm now sand. What time is the K.O. against Spurs.... can't... quite...escape...
