"Radford…now Tudor’s gone down for Newcastle…Radford again…OH, WHAT A GOAL!!! What a goal! Radford the scorer! Ronnie Radford ! And the crowd…the crowd are invading the pitch! No goalkeeper in the world would have stopped that!" John Motson. (best quote he ever made - if he never said...

Before Newport bowed out of the league they were our local derby. There was always big gates & the local plod had their hands full. We are in the middle of nowhere - we have no true local derby team. Kiddy & Cheltenham have no history - they don't count. Newport like to dislike Cardiff, but...

Anything with Cheltenham in sounds naff! They are naff. They aren't good at many things but naff - I'll give them that. You could've had a god almighty Hereford Bull parading around the pitch scaring the living daylights out of everyone, just ask Man U, Arsenal & Spurs - they've witnessed it...

    FA Cup

Alas, it was not to be for us this season even though we beat FC Scumchester & the Slops (Shrewsbury) who are two divisions above us. You have the unfortunate opportunity of visiting Cheltenham. A spartan cold cesspit with no history whatsoever. Watch out for diving gits who get penalties. I...

Man Utd beat us 1-0 in the FA Cup in 1990. Come on admit it - first tier v bottom tier. Not a bad result for us against the eventual cup final winners. To us - most teams are giants. Everton are blessed that they have walked with giants for longer than anyone else.

    Hello from cider country

Ha - who indeed? There's only one team in black n white & there's only effin Hereford. Seriously tho - I'm not here to wind you up. My walls really were plastered with Everton pictures & scarves long before I succumbed to the local football team. I've been to Goodison many times!!

West Ham full of internationals the year after Newcastle is probably the most notable. Also did Millwall, QPR (6-1), Leeds (away) too. And as for teams in leagues above us- just haven't got the time - the list would be far too long. Also many have come to Edgar Street & failed (only to narrowly...

Yes, that goal was a blinder & it has reason to be famous. But there your argument stalls. Norwich had a good year. We've consistently beaten teams leagues above us. We ARE the FA Cup giantkilling masters!

    Hello from cider country

Where about are you from?: Herefordshire. How did you find these forums?: Googled Everton forum & this seemed the best. How did you become an Evertonian?: Dad bought me an Everton shirt when I was seven. Your all-time favourite Everton player?: Kevin Sheedy. Your current favourite player...

Hahahahahahahahaha Mention Yeovil & I'd have taken you seriously - they are the only minnow who could try to rival our giantkilling history. Telf & Wrex don't even come close. You have not studied us close enough. It has never ever been just Newcastle (and that was a replay by the way - it was...

God - imagine the embarrassment? Walking round with that filth on?? Yuk. Never never never say things like that when you're playing HUFC in the FA Cup. We may be little. We may be a bunch of cider quaffing hicks from the middle of nowhere - but we do happen to be the biggest FA Cup giant...

FA Cup Third Round Draw (Everton Draw Cheltenham/Heresford Away)

You may scoff - and it is indeed sad to look at our current attendances. But what most people don't realise is that for us nothing else matters but the FA Cup. It's our history & it's in our blood. Ask any so called big team who's played us in the Cup & they will confirm we will turn up! If...

FA Cup Third Round Draw (Everton Draw Cheltenham/Heresford Away)

Thanx chaps - if (sorry, I mean when) we win - you will probably get the whole of the Blackfriars terrace & half the Edgar Street Stand - around 2000 tickets. Barrels is a great friendly pub for a drink - but no loonies please - ours don't go there & we don't want yours.

FA Cup Third Round Draw (Everton Draw Cheltenham/Heresford Away)

First of all, can I say that my first football shirt was Everton's. My door & radiator were royal blue & the walls pure white. My father's early influence didn't survive though as I was born & bred in Herefordshire & grew up at Edgar Street. Secondly, can you please stop looking at Chelty's...
