    The New Kit

I would've preferred it plain without the light/dark blue accents on the top half of the front. I like the subtle white accents on the collar and sleeves. Shorts and socks are standard thankfully. It's interesting that Umbro can pull off such an amazing top as last year's third with the grey...

    The New Kit

That graphic under the collar is the same as the one that was on the sleeve of the 91/93 home kit.

    The New Kit

New kits are typically approved and modeled by the players before the current season is over, either in April or early May. Why aren't they released earlier? I think it depends on Umbro's production capabilities and the club. There wasn't much club activity in June (besides the Gomes transfer)...

    The New Kit

I'm betting these are prematch warmups. If last season is any indication, there were several different warm-up shirts for each kit. A royalish blue with brighter blue accents for home, a pink/black and a black/pink for away, and navy blue/royal blue accents for third.

With “fans outside Merseyside” being a common insult to the reds, why are the scouser Everton fans thoughts on international Everton fans?

As the Chairman of a supporters club in Washington, DC, our members have all chosen Everton and many of us follow them closer than our local MLS side. We've been at it for eight years, and many of our core members have been over to Liverpool for a match or two, or more (ten in my case). I've...

    Player Signature Identification Help

The one to the left is framed and has a special significance to me. When Everton toured the US in 2011, they held an open training session before their friendly against DC United. Even after training in the ridiculous heat and humidity, all the players came over to meet and talk with the fans...

    Player Signature Identification Help

Good Evening Everyone, My name is John Duchak and I'm the Chairman of the DC Toffees here in the US. When Scott McLeod came over for a Premier League broadcast event back in September, he gave me a home kit signed by a number of players in this year's squad. I can make out a few signatures from...

Do we need a new LB?.

We need a left-footed CB who can cover at LB, now more than ever with Funes Mori's injury.

    Squad Numbers

Schneiderlin had mentioned that 8 is his preferred number, so it's likely he'd only switch if Ross ends up leaving.

    New kit 2017/2018

From what I hear, our away will be grey and our third will be purple with yellow accents.

    Gana or Gueye

Senegal has a surprisingly small number of surnames, hence the many Gueye's, Ba's, Diouf's, etc. In this case, Idrissa has chosen his middle name (which is also his father's name) of Gana, instead of the incredibly common Gueye surname. I like the fact that he honored his father instead of...

    U S of A Evertonia

As the President of the DC Toffees (www.dctoffees.com), we've had massive success in growing the size of our supporters club since Everton's 2011 US tour when they played our MLS side, DC United, and the Philadelphia Union. While Everton came over on a 2007 pre-season tour, they were out in...

    BACK TO UMBRO

You can find Europa League printing for all three kits on evertondirect.com by hovering over Kits and then selecting on a player's name under Heroes.

    BACK TO UMBRO

Has anyone who has picked up a Europa League kit noticed that, while on the website the player's name is arched, Kitbag prints the name horizontally?

Speaking of coats...does anyone know where Baines got that black coat of his?

    Who knows the referee handbook?

The laws of the game leave it up to your league's by-laws to determine the winner. And yes! I'm an American Evertonian.

    Who knows the referee handbook?

What I can't stand, across the board, is when players moan about the direction a throw in was called. It's like...honestly? It's not as if I've given a penalty.

    Who knows the referee handbook?

As a ref myself, the tackle should be a yellow for unsporting behavior (reckless play). The opposition player should be shown a red for violent behavior. If I had been in that situation, I'd wait to card your player until after sending off the other guy for a knee to the face. As I'm giving your...
