Just got back from a great afternoon doing squats in Stanley Park.

Pickford by a mile. Without his (largely) superb goalkeeping this season, we'd have been down a long time ago! I've been heavily critical of him in the past, but this season I've seen what a truly great keeper he is/can still become.

Went to watch this last night.....f*cking brilliant. Everything I wanted and more! The on screen chemistry between Pedro and Cage is great. It's a crazy rollercoaster of peak Cage, if you like him (even if you don't tbf) you will not be disappointed! Go and watch it, switch your brain off for 2...

What did you think of the film? Good Q&A?

Well...this film did not disappoint. Love pretty much most things Stephen Graham is in but this was much better than I expected! It was such a convincing and immersive experience, haven't seen a film like it really, go and watch it if you can!

Going to watch this tonight, heard good things and reviews seem good, will report back tomorrow!

I for one, cannot wait for the Villa match next week, I will be applauding Lucas and give him the send off he deserves.
